**If you wear a Small Tshirt you can wear the same size in Rashguard. If you want slightly tighter I'd recommend going 1 size down.
Example: If you wear a Large regular T-shirt. You can use a Large if you want slight play in the stomach area or you can go Medium for a more compression feel.
These are not sublimated they are DTF that presses into the fibers. I tested it for 50+ washes and I've had no issues with the graphic on the rashguard. As long as you follow these rules below**
**DO NOT put it in the Dryer HOT. Air dry only or inside-out low heat tumble.
**DO NOT USE Fabric softener as it will reduce life..
